You’re full of binomial fluid!
Give yourself a chi-test.
Well! So, you’re an outlier!
You need to find out who the least squares are around here.
Do a cubic spline up your spine!
Polynomial curve fit your face!
The probability that these are random statements exceeds 95%.
Fun story. I had to take a class in college called “Statistics for Scientists and Engineers”. Full of a bunch of people who could clearly do math and were supposedly smart. The teacher graded on a curve. For all the tests he gave, due to the curve, a score in the 30%’s was typically a “B”. Meaning the average for the class was in the low 30’s-20’s. Now clearly, I was no good at statistics, but I can say those numbers clearly showed that the professor sucked at teaching.
Do you really want to climb seventeen flights of stairs? Do you? I don’t think so. Besides, I have it on pretty good authority that it’s an entirely different Otis. Maybe. I could be wrong.
When you say “regression to the mean”, I’m not sure that it means what you think it does…
If you say “IMAO has a mean set of commenters”, I will take great offense over that…
“I have no regress!”
Off-topic: I’d rather have a nice calm mentor than a mean common tater.
Jalepeno and chedder make for a mean tater-tot. Wish I had some now.
So, you mean you’ve regressed?
[ba da BASH!]

(Mean my ass!)
They told me there wouldn’t be any math, dammit!
Well, yeah, those are about statistics, not math.

I once got a senior discount for a regression to the mean.
… but they got off your lawn.
Random Thought: Why would anyone who’s seen “The Andy Griffith Show” get into an Otis elevator?
Otis: ” Well Op.. Oppa.. Oppor you see they all have.. 🫧 ..(burp) their ups an..and.. downs.”

Isn’t the seventeenth floor where the executive suites traditionally are? Yeah, I’d.
I hate to say it but most people here are trying to progress to the mean.
