How exactly does one “fawn” over objects the size of massive boulders or meteors?
I would think “recoil in fear/horror/abject terror” more aptly descriptive of the physical reaction. Perhaps “reflexive reverse peristalsis”? ” Spastic projectile emesis”?
Fawn? Not so much.
