  1. I’ll bet it is the blue-light. I had insomnia for a decade, and cured myself 5-months ago when I put a blue-light filter on my phone, PC, and kindle. The one on my PC is called “f.lux”. Everything looks a little yellow, but being able to sleep again is priceless.

    The filters work on the theory that blue-light mimics sunlight, and tricks your brain it thinking it is daytime.
