Yes that would be the Neo-Pagan Dentagram or symbol of Oneness.
The circle around a Dentagram (or the two-pointed Democrat star) is representative of oneness and unity between Good and Evil which are one in the Neo-Pagan Liberal worldview. The circle binds them together. The circle makes them one. Good is Evil and Evil is Good. It all depends on the meaning of “IS” as you see it.
Democrats use hotels. The Democrat logo is a spot on match for the Hotel Derek logo. They have a strong case for infringement. The settlement could be huge, give how much the Democrats will damage the Hotel Derek brand.
I’m willing to cut them some slack on this one. After all, it’s a very simple logo, designed by and for very simple people. Just be thankful it wasn’t done in crayon.

It reminds me of the time NBC wanted a new logo, so they paid some firm a gazillion dollars to come up with a stylized “N”…which was a near duplicate of what the University of Nebraska had been using.

to start with the D is the wrong symbol for them.
They are not actually “democratic” as their D implies.
A better symbol for them would be a M for the Mollochrats,
or a B for the Baalocrats, or the O for the Obammunites.
Those ideological/worldview/religions accurately represent our so called
“democrats”. Baal, Moloch and thee Obama are the Gods of this world.
I suppose you could go with a L in a circle but the fact is that they
are not even Liberals! There is nothing truly liberal about liberalism unless
you mean liberating people of their money and babies of their lives which
makes them thieves and murderers (T and M).
Now that I think about it a little more the O in a circle is probably
the best choice. O for Obama, the Obamucrats, Obamucratic, and
Obammunism. One symbol, the O in a circle representing their god,
their religion, their politics and the amount of money we will have left when

I remember now where I’ve seen that before, eighth grade French class. That “D” in a circle was on one of my papers in red pen. Apparently, someone graded the democrats on their performance, and they thought it was their new logo. To earn a “D” they must have been graded up on a curve.
