Didn’t he run on hope and “change”?
It’s hard to decide what’s worse, the “president” being so stupid that he really believes that or the “president” saying that knowing the people stupid enough to vote for him will believe it because he said it even though he knows it’s nonsense.
Of course the climate could change one way, or the other, or just stay mainly the same. In any event let us spend trillions of dollars to make sure it does, well, whatever it’s going to do anyway. Remember kiddies, throwing money at a problem where you cannot predict the results makes you feel good so do it with “gusto”! Which is probably Italian for “Other people’s money”.
