If you need “training” in “ethics” and you’re over…12 then you probably wouldn’t pass the course anyway. Might as well try training Obama voters in Chicago (a community he organized) that it’s not ok to go around shooting people.
We are required as public employees to pass a test on ethics every year. It is pretty much a joke since you can keep on guessing on the multiple choice answers until you get it right but it does explain when you can’t take a gift and when you can, when you can utilize a service and when you can’t and who you gotta grease in the right fashion to get anything done. Quite useful.
It makes sense. Hillary was fired from the team investigating Nixon for being to unethical.
