I was substituting in high school and they wear huge, analog watches for fashion, they’re usually not set to the right time and the kids cannot tell time with them.
It made me laugh.
One girl asked me the time, I have a wind-up, analog watch so I said, “Quarter to two.”
She actually got mad at me because I didn’t tell her what time it was.
It took me a minute or two to realize I had to say, “one-forty-five” so she could understand.
You should’ve written the time out in cursive and made her head explode
