You may know “Dream a Little Dream of Me” as an old song from the ’60s. It isn’t. It’s an old song from the ’30s.
So, what’s on your mind? Got something you’d like to share? A memory? A joke? Some wisdom? Anything? It’s Wednesday Night Open Thread, after all.
Who wants to start?

That’s cool but I like the Mamas & the Papas version the best.
Heartily agree.
Watched the YouTube of Mama Cass singing this.
Forgot everything else about her but her mastery of this song.
For what it’s worth…I agree 100%.

Still unanimous, I’ve always liked that one. Thing is, my mother still had that 10 inch record, a 78. She didn’t mind brushing it off for us.
By the way, that is the Ozzie Nelson from the Ozzie and Harriet television show.
Some people would say that Frederic Chopin was born March 1, 1810, near Warsaw. Others point to the fact that his baptismal certificate is dated February 22, 1810, when they argue for an earlier date. Either way, it’s always a good idea to celebrate his birthday, because he composed this piece, among many other great works (no, that isn’t Pepe Le Pew on the couch):
