Hitler Sues For Defamation of Character

In an unusual court filing, long-dead Nazi dictator Adolph Hitler sued in federal court in Clapsburg, Iowa, seeking an injunction to stop Democrats from calling every Republican “Hitler.”

Through his lawyer, the ex-bastard said: “I am sick und tired of being compared to every verdammt candidate for school board president — which are untermensch; und, and, I have a reputation to pro — I also object strenuously to my legal representation!!!!!!!!!!!”

His remarks were punctuated by pointed gestures towards various people in the courtroom.

His lawyer could not be reached for printable comment.

  1. This is actually an easy one for the courts. First of all…it’s Hitler. I mean, if you give him the time of day, you’re complicit in his terrors. So, the courts will find he doesn’t have standing. After all, he is dead, so standing is difficult. Additionally, the courts want Republicans and conservatives to be labelled as Nazis, so telling anyone that they can’t do that, even the man himself, won’t fly.
