California air quality officials released a bold climate plan Wednesday that outlines in broad strokes how the state intends to drastically reduce greenhouse gas emissions by the end of the decade and eventually eliminate its carbon footprint.
…
Danny Cullenward, policy director of CarbonPlan, a California nonprofit that analyzes climate solutions, said he was struck by the plan’s “level of abstraction” and “tangential relationship” to practical reality. “There certainly isn’t a lot of guidance as to which programs need to be tuned up, which ones need to be started and who needs to do what,” Cullenward said.

King Canutes all the way down.
Danny should have used the word “oblique”, at least once, to garner full support from people with their heads up their a*ses.
Try unplugging the State of California…count to 10…then plug it back in……
Didn’t work, it’s just another rolling blackout in these parts…
Bobbing in the South Pacific, tied up, wearing a life preserver, and several holes in his head and chest. It was a suicide because anyone questioning the overlords in CA MUST be crazy.
I don’t know why they would be upset. See, ““tangential relationship” to practical reality”, he said that at one point the plan was practically real. That sounds like high praise for anything from CA.
