You’re right! Between cartoons, commercials, and the occasional snooty movie I believe I’ve heard almost all of those.
To this day, I’m always hoping that the pianist hits a clinker note on “Those Endearing Young Charms,” just to avert an explosion.
(Just as one can’t hear the last note of Souza’s “Liberty Bell March” without mentally inserting a fart sound.)
