Now becoming a thing: “forest bathing” – it’s not actual bathing, but rather “slowing down to connect with nature.”
Slow down? Meh. Not my fault nature can’t keep up with me. I’ll just hug a cheetah as it runs by or something.

So no water involved then? How does this differ from normal hipster practice?
This was an optional activity offered a year ago at a work retreat / staff meeting.
My reaction varied between “What?” and “So, just to be clear, what is it, again?” the whole way there and back.
Even the leftists who participated joked about it afterwards. The folks who did goat yoga the next year.
I forgot how much I enjoyed all that until you brought it up again.
So…. they invented going for a walk in the woods? Maybe leaning against a tree one in a while?
Brilliant!
