According to Gizmodo:

Short flights won’t take off across France anymore, so long as there’s an efficient train line that can connect commuters from point A to point B. In an aggressive effort to lower the country’s emissions, France has banned flight routes for locations where connecting train service would only take 2.5 hours or less.

According to Electrek:

France has received the green light from the European Commission to start cracking down on ultra-polluting short-haul flights within the country, starting with a ban on three popular flights from Paris-Orly Airport.

  1. . . . you can’t use an electric car to run errands within 10 miles, since a bicycle would get the job done far more efficiently anyway. (95% of electric cars are still on the road, the other 5% made it home.)

    Massachusetts has banned all mention of midnight horse rides. Illegals are still welcome, doubly so if you arrive by sea.

And you can’t make an omelette without cracking some eggs…and chopping some ham..chopping some onion..having cheez whiz for in the middle..fresh ground pepper, not the Dollar General stuff, Frenchs ketchup..and a couple shakes of Franks..dont forget homemade bread toasted..with butter, never margarine..and hot coffee…
