anyone with even an iota of reading comprehension would understand that the Constitution says that we must recognize that everyone has equal POTENTIAL and deserves equal treatment under the law – I’m pretty sure it’s rather silent on the subject of using the power or government to ensure that everyone STAYS equal in every way.

I, for one, have never forgotten when I’m carrying. Maybe that’s why I got a license to do so and he didn’t. He probably just forgot to get one.
