OK, so was Nevada’s, but I saw that as being simply “accurate” rather than “sarcastic”.
I doubt if he could name all 50 states, let alone think of something sarcastic to say about each one, no matter how bitter he is! Oh wait, I thought it said “President”, not “Resident”. Never mind!
