Having grown up in Boehner’s home district, I can say that’s a fairly accurate depiction. Though something between “savior” and “average, boring Republican” would be the best verbal description.

If Beener has to be speaker, I’m not really sure it makes any difference if the Republicans take over. I know everybody’s all wrong about Castle.
See it doesn’t take a majority of REPUBLICANS to undo socialism, it takes a majority of VOTES. You don’t have a majority of VOTES just because you have 51 Republicans. You wouldn’t have a majority of votes if you had 61 Republicans. There are at least that many RINOs already in there. What difference does it make to get one more? You still get exactly what you got with democrats.
