  1. My roommate and I make this regularly for our bacon lover friends. We change it up a little in different batches, some are made with Mead, some Apple Ales or Belgian White. It’s incredible stuff, works on bagels, crackers, toast, potatoes. Toast a hot dog bun, smear with bacon jam, then add a fire grilled polish sausage. You might have a coronary, but it’s freeking worth it.

  2. Is America a great country or what! Has the Food and Drug Adm. gotten wind of this? I’m sure there is some regulation against it, and I bet Mayor Bloomberg is going to want to have it banned.
