Since the Poverty line is an arbitrary figure rolling it back is easy, change it to zero.
Hmmm, free rent:$16,800, free insurance with no co-pays and no deductible for a “family”, that would cost about $30,000 if there was such a thing. As far as I can tell, there isn’t….so those 2 alone put you at $46,800.
