“The Good Old Days When America Was Prosperous” were the good old days before we threw away our manufacturing capacity — the source of our wealth and power — through idiotic “free trade” deals that made it far cheaper to manufacture in third-world countries. Thus we impoverished ourselves and made China a manufacturing super-power.
What the Hell that cartoonist thinks gay marriage has to do with it, is anybody’s guess.
