A CNN legal analyst suggested that newly sworn-in Associate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh should recuse himself from nearly every case because he yelled at Democrats during his confirmation hearing, showing that he’s biased and partisan.
I agree. As long we can have Lindsay Graham tag in as his sub.

As opposed to, say, a Supreme Court justice calling a candidate from the opposing party “a faker”?
Saying “He has no consistency about him”?
Saying “I can’t imagine what this place would be — I can’t imagine what the country would be” with him as president?
(cnn.com/2016/07/12/politics/justice-ruth-bader-ginsburg-donald-trump-faker/index.html)
Or saying that if he wiins, it’s time to move to New Zealand?
(thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/287179-ruth-bader-ginsberg-if-trump-wins-time-to-move-to-new)
.
Did the legal analyst offer any opinions on whether a Justice should be recused from every case dealing with his administration, once the candidate did in fact win, due to the bias and partisanship of these statements?
Did CNN proffer the question?
If not, then bah. No credibility.
Any excuse in a storm.
