  1. Ah, yes, I remember the passionate speeches made by the Founding Fathers, fighting and dying for the right to create a government that could censor Halloween costumes.

  2. That’s a bad idea.
    You need to desensitize kids so when clowns come to kill them they’ll be ready.

    Also…. it’s a horrible infringement on the first amendment, but it’s not as if politicians swear an oath to uphold and defend that.
