Did you ever watch something and immediately go “What the heck did I just watch?” That happened to me recently.
I like classical music. The Symphony Hall channel is one of my presets on SiriusXM. So, when I saw a video entitled “Rossini – Figaro on Chicken – Il Barbiere di Siviglia ‘Largo al factotum'” I thought, “Ah. Figaro. Barber of Seville.” When I thought “Wait. What? On chicken? What?!” So I watched it. And now, so can you.
So, what’s on your mind? Got something you want to talk about? Something you’ve seen? Something you thought about? It’s Monday Night Open Thread, and you get to choose the topic.
Who wants to start?

The only question — I take that back — the main question being: how much was the government grant?

That’s no ordinary rubber chicken. It looks like a dog toy due to the squeaker. If indeed there was no government grant involved then I admire this musician’s chicken squeezing skills.
I wonder how many people were exposed at a young age to classical music via Bugs Bunny cartoons.
