The following note was found mistakenly addressed to “IMHO.com,” by apparently the most inept kidnappers ever:
“Harvey’s been kidnapped. In your wallet you will find a number of small, unmarked bills. Use them as you see fit.”
Police suspect it to be the work of the Symbionese Libertarian Army.
