Best Set of Questions I’ve Seen Yet for the Fulton County, Georgia, Inspector General — If They Have One

Most news stories home in on only one charge, or on another charge, or whatever the mood strikes them to.

This is NOT a list original to me. Some guy on FreeRepublic:

1) What are Fulton Co’s established policies for selecting contractors, specifically outside counsel to handle the DA’s cases?

Do the County’s contracting policies allow blatant cronyism? (IIRC, Fulton has had its share of corruption scandals. Corrupt practices were almost certainly barred, at least on paper, in the aftermath).

Did Willis negotiate/sign the contract with Wade (or his firm)?

Did she personally approve his invoices?

If not FW, who did?

Were they coded and paid from “appropriate” accounts (i.e., any attempt to bury the cost on other budgets and appropriations?).

2) Were they followed?

3) Were other lawyers considered for the job?

What sort of search was done?

Who else applied or was considered?

What were their qualifications compared to Wade’s none?

Was political affiliation one of the qualifications?

How many Republican lawyers were considered?

4) How was the hourly rate determined?

Was it in line with rates for alternative service providers?

Was compensation based on the contractor’s qualifications and experience?

5) What was the Fulton Board of Selectmen told at the time the funds were appropriated?

Did Willis give them to believe the funds were for something other than prosecuting Trump et al over the 2020 election?

If so, did Fani Willis use funds appropriated for a different purpose without legal authorization?

Was the Board even made aware of her intentions before the fact?

6) Does the contract with Wade even specify what “matters” he is to work on (or is the scope hidden)?

What exactly does his contract say his scope is?

Is there a cap of compensation and costs?

What is it?

Wade has already been paid a large sum — is Fulton Co going to be on the hook for a great deal more (seeing as no trials have even started and there will be major appellate work before and after trial for each of the many defendants). It’s in Fulton’s interest for the whole thing to explode now, before Fani runs up millions more in costs.

7) Is Wade required to perform all services personally, or can he bill for work by his employees, investigators, partners, and subcontractors?

How much has he billed to date for each of these categories?

Proving once again that random experts off the internet are more capable than any number of government committees.

  1. Fani Willis Interview Questions for Nathan Wade:
    1) Are you stupid?
    2) Are you blind?
    3) Do you have a psychotic form of TDS?
    4) Can you limbo under the Biden morals bar?
    5) Do you like fat, unattractive women?
    6) Can you lie and fling the race card on demand?
If you answered “Yes” to all of the above, and have little in the way of judgment skills or job qualifications, hurry in for an interview!

      • I envision the Biden limbo bar as being so low as to be buried deep into the Earth. No morality in that wretched family at all, while Brandon drones on about saving the soul of America.

The Fulton County lunacy doesn’t stop with Fat Fani. One of their commissioners named Natalie Hall just cost the taxpayers a million dollars for sexually harassing an employee.
