I don’t know about his navigational skill, but that sloop looks like it must have been drinking. See how tipsy it is? Totally three sheets to the wind. It really must have tied one on.
Is that boat even asloop? I’m not all that familiar with boats, and couldn’t tell a dinghy from a catamaran.
Update: according to Duck Duck Go, who claims to get the info from American Heritage Dictionary, a sloop has only one mast, so this is more likely a ketch, maybe a schooner.
We don’t discriminate.

Whatever floats your boat.
In an Alfred Hitchcock movie the midget streetlamp would have been a lighthouse for ship full of Hungarian Circus Dwarfs.
Also, if you could scroll (top left buttons) the e-frame will show half naked midgets because I used to have one.
Half naked halflings.
As good as a quarter naked full sized person.
Or a one-eighth naked giant.
I guess. I failed algebra once.
“Hey, I got her into port all right, so where’s the port?”
On the starboard side.
Try to avoid the Valet Docking…
The midget streetlamps indicate where the under-dock midget submarine pens are located…
I could swear that midget streetlamp just moved.
