  1. Ya know, I’ve spent my whole life trying to be “The Man” – you know, the one you always hear about:
“The Man’s been keeping me down”
    or
“Been working for the Man all week and got nothing to show for it”
And now “The Man” is trying to keep ME down. I should be “the Man”. I should keeping you people down.
    What’s with that?

  2. My Grandfather died over a decade ago. However, since he used to live on the south side at Garfield and Kedzie, I have often wondered if he would please stop by and say hello to my Grandmother – since I know he is going to be up and voting today, that is…..
Chicago? Funny Business? Hell, we all LAUGHED at Florida…Trying to rig an election – such a pack of Amateurs…..
Sigh, Frank…Send some politicians up here for schooling, will ya? Sheeesh!

  3. As I flip thru blogs, it appears that I’m the only person on earth who hasn’t had hour(s) long waits or some other problems at the polls. I can’t believe NY state did something right….C’mon now! Are there others out there who have just had the average election day? It doesn’t make things any better where the problems are, but take heart that at least some Republican votes are getting through without challenge.

  4. Took me ~5 min in IN.
Chicago is no suprise that’s one of the reasons I always laugh at people who want to get rid of the electoral college. Yeah the dead are gonna vote but at least they can’t mess it up that bad. Its still going to go democrap. Of course the leftys are still gonna whine about the popular vote…

  5. Frank, how about “hootenannie”? Since you’re the expert, can you lock down for us how this word is spelled? Is it as shown above, or “hoot ‘n nanny”? Or maybe “hootinany”.
Pondering the imponderable while wating for the networks to make one last desperate mad attempt to throw the election to Kerry,
    Pundidiot
