It’s Time to Get the U.S. Out of the Democratic Party
An Editorial by Frank J.

My father taught me a lesson that sometimes you just have to cut your losses. Having tried for the umpteenth time to teach me to clean up my room after playing with Legos, he decided it was a losing, pointless battle and drove me out to the woods and abandoned me. Eventually, by making my way to the road and hitchhiking (most people aren’t too wary of six-year-old hitchhikers) I made it home and was much more diligent about picking up my Legos. Of course, I could have never made it home, and my father knew that. The point was, that wasn’t his problem anymore. He washed his hands of it and it was up to me now to sink or swim. It’s time to apply that perspective to the Democratic Party.

“We even tried introducing them to democracy, but they came up with idea of superdelegates to subvert that.”

The Democratic Party is on the verge of civil war. Two charismatic leaders are pulling it apart, setting the factions of black people and elite white women against each other. There will be blood, and I don’t see any reason why America should be in the middle of it when it happens. We’ve interfered enough, trying to prop up one of this leaders we think will be friendlier to us, but there is nothing but disaster on the horizon. We need to cut our losses and abandon the Democratic Party.

I know many of you will be resistant to the idea as we’ve invested so much time and money in it, but what have we gained? Democrats have always been a stumbling block for our country, and so much of our tax money goes to their aid. Do you ever see that changing, or do you see it getting worse? Be honest. And you can’t say we haven’t tried all we can to help the Democrats. We even tried introducing them to democracy, but they came up with idea of superdelegates to subvert that. As many argued, the culture of the Democrats just won’t allow them to ever accept democracy or other American ideals, so why do we keep banging our heads against the wall trying to change them?

America should have no more involvement with the Democratic Party. No matter what we do, it is going to collapse into chaos. When that happens, we should not be anywhere near the Democrats. I know its harsh to say we should abandon them, but it should not be our problem anymore. Maybe one day they’ll find their way out of the woods and learn to pick up their Legos, but if they don’t, we should not lose any sleep over a fate of their own doing. I know my father wouldn’t.

  1. This country is in need of a blue-ribbon panel of highly informed and well-respected experts to study the issues involved and report back to the American People. People of gravitas and great intellect like Tucker Carlson, Lou Dobbs, Nancy Grace, Keith Olbermann, and Giraldo Rivera should be sought to delve deeply, and leaving politics and personalities aside, leak a report to the New York Times.

  2. No, John, by pulling out of the Democrat Party now, we will force them to come together and work out their own issues. We must do this before more Americans are turned into mind-numbed talking point dispensers.
If not for us, think of the children.

Hellbender II had better not be one of them or I’m going to start calling you “William R. Forstchen” or “Jerry Pournelle”.
    And you won’t like that.

  4. We have no reason to be in the middle of a civil war! Nothing good will result from this! We need a time-table for withdrawl by the Democratic Party from America! Look at the damage it’s doing to America’s reputation and relations abroad…Canada is in chaos because of threats to NAFTA! This war is going to be a blood-bath and is being fought so that the Democratic party can get cheap oil from Canada! No blood for oil is what I say! Pretty soon we will be treated to Democratic bodies in body bags as the carnage mounts! Even as we read and write on this blog Democratic leaders are being caught up in this tempest as we learn of involvement in prostitution and money laundering in the “tragedy” in NY!
P.S. John McCain would like to personally apologize for anything written by ussjimmycarter which may seem offensive to any member of the Democratic party whom John McCain has crossed the aisle many times to work tirelessly on behalf of the American People with his good friends!

  5. We didn’t have this problem until we invaded the Democratic Party in the first place. The solution is to CHANGE; to never have done it to begin with. We need better judgment. Our interference has kept Hillary in the race and is feeding the slaughter!
But to back-out now would lead to chaos and political genocide! All those wasted blog entries, the TV spots, the secret rubbing of hands together in amusement of watching the Democrats trash each other. If we leave, there will be a huge vacuum. We must finish what we started and go home with honor.
Anyone seen my carboard box house?

  6. But what will happen to the environment. We need the Demoncrats to tell us how to help mother earth. Just because almost all the leading indicators are showing that the gains in temperature they have been squealing about have all been replaced with deficits in the last year doesn’t mean the earth is not warming.
And even if it is, that just goes to show you that all of their efforts have born fruit. All that jetting around from conference to conference, all that hot air from speeches, meetings and confabs, all the endless miles of SUV caravans taking delegates to isolated resorts all over the world, not to mention the palatial homes powered by all those carbon offsets.
What will we do? What will we do? Gaea help us!

“We need a time-table for withdrawl by the Democratic Party from America!”
That’s a fundamentally different proposition than the one Frank is making which is: “Get the U.S. Out of the Democratic Party.”
We need to decide on this. Are we withdrawing from THEM, or, are they withdrawing from US? Either way, there’s a risk of a one-stroke and one side gets @#$%^& over.
    Regards
PS: Do you recommmend a huge vacuum for Wacky?

  8. We need the Democratic Party to withdraw now! They never should have gotten us into the middle of this civil war in the first place. Now America we are sitting by as the soldiers of the democratic party rape, murder and pillage just like the Nazis did during WWII! Oh the humanity!
John McCain would like to apologize for this blog which is full of conservative pricks! He will have no part in the politics of personal destruction when it comes to his close personal friends on the other side of the isle including John F’n Kerry whom John McCain tried to work across party lines with to become VP of the United States Of America…(except John F’n Kerry found Senator John McCain to be a creepy and snarky little man!)

  9. woah ussjimmycarter, I am a democrat too but I know who hangs in this playground. Just because we are the party that is educated does not mean we can berate these people like little children. If you lighten up and let your skin get a little thicker, Frank actually has some funny things to say. We have to teach by example and remain armed because some of these people have guns. Don’t forget the Republican Party beat us in a war to keep us with them (which Frank regrets now) then we became them and they became us (as we were) lovers of slavery and all. We also will follow the rule of law when we win in November as well as tax them to make them pay for their leader’s little fun jaunt stealing oil in Iraq, and all of his other accomplishments. The pendulum will swing and we will announce that there is a recession and solve it. So simmer down little buddy and put your shoulder to the wheel and work on the future.

  10. I guess you’re right, FrankJ. It is just that you feel so bad for them and always hope that they get can get it together. Maybe they just aren’t capable of handling a democratic republic or American ideals. Maybe it is just something in their culture. I know, I know…that isn’t very P.C. to say. But you gotta wonder. Maybe the next generation will be able to pull themselves up and hope for something better. But only if we get rid of the Democrat’s
    influence
in the public school system. It is just so sad.

  11. …of foot-in-mouth disease. I know. Today has been a good day for that. Ferraro on Obama, Sinbad on Hillary, Spitzer buyin’ for 6-10 years, Bush singing, dogs and cats living together and me, not finding my cardboard box. I’m not getting much work done, either. Damn Internet and election year.

  12. I cannot say who this Snarkrates fellow might be, but he appears to lurk about here with the ambition of flattering me with his imitation. Were I a less humble individual it might become annoying to have my very own troll. But endure I shall.

  13. No one has used the “Q” word yet, but it must be said: QUAGMIRE!
Frank is right, this is a winless quagmire!
John McCain was for the dumocrats before he was against them (or was it the other way around…?).
Do we really need more Winter-democrats like Zell Miller and Joe Leiberman to come forward with tales of democrat atrocities???
Pull-out now!! It’s the only way to salvage our honor!

  14. This should be easy. Tell them Pres. Arachnid of Iran wants them to come to a big party at his place. Then fly them over there, drugging them on the way, and leave them without their wallets or passports, but with their homosexual partners drunk and naked.
