I will be watching the debate tomorrow. Should I do my first liveblogging, or wait for a full reaction the next day after it’s over?
I vote for next day, because I have Friday off and am probably going to be lazy about coming up with posts. Plus, I’ve never liveblogged before… and I’m scared!
What do you think?

FIRST!
i don’t really care either way. 🙂
Live is tough… hard to take back something that sounded funny until the second after you posted it. And it make all us addicted readers keep updating your site every second!
I recommend using voice to text software and then just record yourself while you yell back at the television during the debate. Then just post whatever the software typed. It has the spontenaiety of live blogging with the laziness of having someone else write your post for you.
(Many of my posts are actually just the recordings of me talking in my sleep.)
Live cartoon blogging of the debates.
A graphical representation for us puddin heads. 🙂
Unrelated to the posted message. Just wanted to let Frank know about this article:

given his love of space lasers…
I VOTE LIVEBLOGGING… I don’t know what it is, so it might be cool. Plus, you’ve never done it before so the debates are a good place to start.
Then again, do whatever is more convenient for you, so if that would be friday just do it then.
Dont do a live blog for this…
do a live blog Nov 2nd
live animate the debate using stick figure drawings that I can cut out and make a flip book of. Whatever you do it had better be funny. Cause if it isn’t….shakes fist
ooo! I’m with kancorp. Do the live blogging during the election! I mean, you are in FL and all. We did, afterall, ‘steal’ the last election. Of course y’all up in your area didn’t, down here, home of the butterfly ballot, we did the real stealing, but the American public doesn’t know that. They just think, “Florida”.
Liveblogging cartoons!!!
or just a chronicle of your rants back at the TV would be fine too.
Take notes while you are watching then blog ASAP. That way it is quick frozen blogging, sashimi grade.
sushi blog
I have to say something as momentus as a live blog should be reserved for something equally momentus like the election
Scared of liveblogging?
Damn! Next you’ll be telling us you’re scared of kittens, puppies and, God forbid, monkeys.
Beginning to think that Kim was right…
I am so glad I have tomorrow off, I want to see that stupid Orangutan & George Bush debating.
Cool!
My vote is wait until the next day since I won’t be tearing my eyes off the melee…
Go live! Add some alcohol and go nuts…
I vote for next day.
This will give you a chance to un-glaze your eyes after Qerry finally stops talking.
Drunk live blogging!
Nothing says insight like 8 Guiness Stout!
LIVE BLOG
I like live blogging. Every time Kerry says he was in Vietnam, post a blog cartoon and do a shot of Jose. Your cartoons should be incomprehensible after about 25 minutes.
Oh, and he’s tall…and orange.
“Left turn Clyde….”
Okay, who remembers that line, and what movie is that from?
I don’t think I could live blog. I have a tendency to scream at the TV when John Kerry is talking. “SHUT THE FARK UP, YOU COMMIE WANKER!!!” See, I can’t even think about the poodle, and not scream. Must meditate before the debate. wink
live blog!! i want you to sweat like “orange john”
LokiDoki..is it from Clint Eastwood’s movie? Oh and Frankie, live or not live you will be more “live” than John Kerry!
“Left turn, Clyde” – Any Which Way but Loose
I vote for Live Strip Cartoon Blogging for Shots.
Bikermommy & LynnGunn,
Yep & Yep. And that darn Ulgly ol’ Monkey was (and problably is) still a prettier site than John F’n Kerry with his Can-Tan…. (Yuck!)
I second that motion
The live comic rendition of the debates that is.
Live blog the election! You can live blog on IM to SarahK during the debates, for practice, and then do the real live blogging on election day! Thanks for asking, BTW, Frank J!
The fans want liveblogging.
See if you can set it up where we ask you questions, and you answer them live.
You should do live blogging. Open up a thread, and allow peole to continually make comments during the debate.
I vote for live Photoshopping. You do have a tv tuner card in yer puter, right?
Whaddya mean that wasn’t one of the choices?
