I still have a ton of e-mails to catch up on (i.e. read through and see which ones I deign worthy of a response). Also, I finally plan on doing a Peace Gallery update this weekend (sorry to all those who have been waiting).

We are hitting the Renaissance Festival this weekend in Concord NC, Might pick up some new implements of Doom! I have my staff, but it has purple leather on it, and that just looks gay.
I was thinking of picking up a nice Mace, Flail or Axe.. You know, something that says, “I have P.M.S. and this sharp hurty thing in my hands… Do you reaally want to be pissing me off right now?…”
I wouldn’t mind swinging a mace when I have PMS. Grumble, grumble-“Darnit!!” blam “ooo, another hole in the wall, I really need to learn how to repair plaster.”

Yay electricity! Not completely on topic but I just got mine back yesterday and this was the closest thread to post on. Glad to hear Frank has returned to civilization also.
I have a new hurricane hobby, hoping one of those ladies will knock over a certain rotted oak in my yard. The alternative is getting the ladder out, tying off branches and having the Mrs. pull while I use the chainsaw. Anyway, wishing didn’t work, Jeanne broke some random limbs on other trees but not the ones I wanted. These natural disasters are not as fun as they might seem.
