Why Are Liberals Still Angry?

I use my smartness to get to the bottom of that question in my latest Pajamas Media column.

  1. Ahhh, Frank whacks another one outta the park! Freakin’ hilarious, man. The best part is that as parody it’s great, but you didn’t have to stray from flat truth even once. Well, outside of a couple of metaphors, anyway, and these days they might not even be metaphors any more. Excellent.

  2. Also, many people were tired of the hostility between conservatives and liberals (though I’m not sure why Republicans got the blame, since we could have had bipartisanship if at any time liberals had decided to stop being a bunch of screeching ninnies who mindlessly opposed whatever Bush was for).

That is my favorite conversation stopper. When someone is going on about the Republicans’ partisanship, I like to point out that it takes two to be partisan. (The corollary is that it also takes two to be bipartisan: one can’t play the game without the other.)

  3. Why Liberals Are Still Angry (besides Frank’s excellent treatise) : (1) Malignant Brain Tumors(something had to fill the void)
    (2) Sore Losers make for Poor Winners
    (3) Libtards, petulant children that they are, want what they want, NOW!, or they throw a tantrum
    (4) Radical Revolutionaries’ M.O. is to foment anger, rage, violence, from the unthinking proletariat
    (5) Libtards’ revulsion to responsibility/accountability makes them angry that they can’t keep blaming
    Bush/Republicans/Conservatives for THEIR incompetance

  4. Libtards are angry: because they were expecting their Free Lunches, Unicorns, and Rainbows by now
Libtards are angry: because ‘Give Peace A Chance’ is just a slogan
Libtards are angry: because Conservatives are still breathing
Libtards are angry: because not everyone is bowing down to the god-man,O-bah-muhh

  5. I’m so glad that Frnak tackled that question that has plagued me for some time too. Dittos on the well done; you are wise beyond your young years FJ.

Loved this line: people tend to vote for the president based on the economy, which is only a tad smarter than voting based on the weather

And this just plain sounds like fun: let’s just see how insane we can make them. Then we can get them to direct that anger at Obama.

Okay I’m so telling this to the next Liberal who opens their yap in my presence: “Well since the Democrats own the White House, a Congressional majority, and SCOTUS right now, there’s no reason why you can’t have your universal single payer healthcare; the only reason Dems haven’t passed it yet is because they won’t have anyone to blame when it fails.”

Why are Liberals still angry? Because they aren’t Conservative
