As for the new pic the obvious caption has something to do with Obama’s hand being in his own pocket for once.
I think you’re right on, with “Pumpkin Rapper” and “Over Under” a close 2nd. “Goggles” caption could stand on its own, but I couldn’t quite place the reference without the link.

There’s some lovely obscure referencing going on in here today! Entirely love me the Prisoner ref. A couple of them were much farther afield (from my point of view, at least), and nicely done too.
