I’d really like to encourage this sort of loose-cannon, rogue-cop-who-plays-by-his-own-rules behavior, and High Praise! somehow doesn’t seem to cover it.

Super awesome hat Harvey. I had to run to the closet to make sure mine was still there. It clashes a little with my avocado green polyester leisure suit and orange platforms, but it still fits. Heck Mr. T doesn’t have anything on my gold chains!
