Either that or it’s connected to Obama’s project to turn algae into gasoline.
Or the Bureau of Lands and Management has declared it a wet land, not to be disturbed.
I think the memorial cost around 3 million way back when 3 million was worth something. 34 million should at least cover hiring some illegal aliens to clean the pool if we can’t find an American who wants to.

They dug the entire thing out here to change the whole system such that it would get rid of goose poop (Canada geese everywhere here). But 34 million? REALLY?
Based on the job the government did “improving” the Reflecting Pool, I can barely wait to see their improvements to the health care system!
