Any job I”m in that expects me to wear a fat vest for any sort of sensitivity training can kiss my ass.
The gung-ho folks at the university should have to pay for the vests out of their own salaries. Call it “Conservative sensitivity training.”
Can’t they just pay their trainers to eat more?
