The reason that “green” energy hasn’t been adopted isn’t that people are opposed to it. The reason is that it costs far more than other sources of energy.
Maybe after our pretend President has stopped staring down glaciers, he can try to deal with the laws of microeconomics.
@ Iowa Jim….. pshaw! All those words you said… none of them sound like Yes Mr. President. They sound suspiciously like FACTS. We can’t have any of those things anywhere near the President. He’s allergic you know. If there are even FACTS in the same room he breaks out in hives and has to use that little epi-pen thingy.
FACT: any energy use whatsoever increases PERMANENTLY entropy in the universe. Human activity increases global entropy (TM) and must be stopped before we destroy the universe. The solution? Bigger more powerful government, a privileged ruling class, and oppression of the human population.
I don’t oppose green energy, I just don’t want to pay that much for it.
There’s also the small issue that the “green energy” he’s talking about DOESN’T WORK on top of costing billions and using megatons of resources and of course, causing massive pollution to make.
Nuclear power is the only thing that does work and he and his fellow communists oppose that more than all the other forms of energy that also WORK combined, so who’s the one “standing in the way of the future”?
And when you’re intentionally giving nukes to terrorists, there won’t be a future to stand in the way of so what difference, at this point, does it make?
Green Energy, Soylent Green, whatever…
