They’re already paying them TO commit crimes by paying them to reproduce and not work, I’m guessing that the welfare + the crimes they commit pay better.

Pay people not to work and now pay people to not commit crimes? I’d be on the payroll of the latter. Wonder if it will be enough to offset the increase in health insurance premiums caused by the Obummer-care albatross.

And Hillary has been paying people to not get caught committing crimes for years. Nothing new.
This might be a silly question but, is anyone eligible for this money and do you have to prove you haven’t committed any crimes?
The other obvious question is: Does this mean every single person who lives there gets paid for not committing crimes? Isn’t there something about equal protection money in the constitution?
