I think it is because of all those drive by spit-ballings. No one is safe in California.
Actually this is based on a report about millions and millions of plastic straws washing away in the ocean and killing animals. It’s been cited numerous times by Major media. The study was done by a nine-year-old first class project and somehow got picked up.
