NO JOKE! Went to the bank to get a prepaid VISA Card and I had to give them cash. Next day, went for a cashiers check and withdrew the cash from the ATM, but I had to pay for it using my account. So I deposited the cash just to have them hand it back as a paper check! EFFIN government regulations.
