So, the New York Times endorsed McCain, something being touted by every candidate except McCain, though McCain does have the endorsement on his site. That’s being a maverick to the point of sheer stupidity.
You figure this has to hurt him. His big issue is he’s the best candidate for the Iraq War, but he just got the endorsement of perhaps the most prominent “defeat at any cost” douches.
So, do you think the New York Times editorial board knew what they were doing? If they were at all strategic, they would have praised the candidate they hated most and trashed the candidate they really wanted to win (incidentally, the NYT only singled out Giuliani as a target of their impotent anger); they could really affect the election outcome that way. I think the NYT is too arrogant for that, though. Anyway, this combined with whether this is true might be enough to sink McCain, paving the way for a Romney victory. Yay vanilla ice cream! It’s so… there!
Editor’s Note: Though the title of this post is meant to be a rhetorical question, the answer is, of course, Ron Paul, the only hope for America.

Osama? He’s no longer amongst the living. Or did you mean that actor in the videos?
I figure if Osama is gonna endorese anyone, it would be Hillary. He’s bound to see her as the best possible way to convince Americans to finally cover the ankles of their women…
Off with your obsession with Osama bin Ladin (ex-CIA contact).
Here are 4 simple points as to why:
1. Osama is dead : as Benazir Bhutto clearly stated last November – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnychOXj9Tg
2. Osama clearly stated (in his ONLY statement just after 911) that he was not involved in the attacks, advising the American people to seek the answers from within elements of the US and Israeli govts.
3. FBI says later video/audio tapes of bin ladin are not conclusively confirmed to be him (meaning they’re fake)
4. This Most Wanted terrr’rst is NOT wanted for 911 but for other attacks in the 1990, most notably the attack on the USS Cole and the embassy bomb.
My perspective is so different cos I do not live in Cloud Cuckooland, but in Europe where the clouds are slightly lighter.
But do carry on amusing us… don’t forget to look under your bed before going to sleep… terrrr’rsts are lurking there nowadays, ask Benito-Nosferatu JulieAnnie, he’d know.
As you may have noticed there are several men running to be the Republican party’s candidate in the 2008 Presidential Election.
Only one of these men is smart and skilled enough to solve today’s problems. That man is John McCain. The other candidates are inferior to John McCain.
John McCain is full of valor. He is ridiculously skilled. He will solve all of our country’s problems including immigration.
John McCain ’08
The Right Man to Lead Us

I would think Osama would prefer a Dem to Paul. All the Dems want to withdraw from Iraq, as well, the differences are 1) They will also dismantle the military to the point where the US could no longer defend itself, and 2) They would continue meddling in Middle East affairs, giving extremists a good recruiting tool.
@james, the Dems are just like the neo-con warmongers – and if you’re one of them, you need not worry if Clinton or Obama gets elected.
You know I’ve heard a lot about this Ron Paul guy and he seems to be the only one talking sense about anything…
Considering Ron Paul was the only one who wanted funding solely to hunt down Bin Laden, sending private mercenaries to go places where the US military cannot go, I doubt that Bin Laden would want Paul having the power of the presidency.
The others would continue funding the country that is currently housing the terrorist behind 9/11.
AWESOME point Bill! Paul is the only one that will hunt down and silence Bin Laden once and for all.
Ron Paul isn’t a complete loser like Fred Thompson, John McCain, Mitt Romney or George W. Bush.
It could be argued that George W, over the last 7 years, has been acting as an agent of Bin Laden’s embedded in the White House. Nobody has done more for recruitment of Al Queda than this administration.
Ron Paul would give the Arabs less incentive to hate us. I’m sure Bin Laden would find this annoying.
if mista paul winz amerika will finlly get sum revenge. boosh has 4 so long nah katch laden. booosh is veree suxxor and poopy man.

good thng fred lawst. he he he he he he
Honestly, you’ve been misinformed on this one. You may not agree with Paul’s foreign policy but he is the only Republican candidate who has consistently sounded the indisputable reminder that we committed to tracking down bin Laden. Paul voted for invading Afghanistan to shut down Al Qaeda terrorists. He is against the diversion in Iraq, Iran, and Syria. But he is the only Republican for standing up to Musharrif in Pakistan and finishing the job with bin Laden. How this gets spun as “isolationism” and weak “pacifism” is dirty politics.
Frank, how in the hell do you manage to attract so many of the retarded? And who knew they could read?
2forPaul!,
For the sake of America, kill yourself, wouldya?
Frank, how in the hell do you manage to attract so many of the retarded?
y u soundn so mean 2day. did u go poopy in u pantz?? cuzz that culd giv a peep grumps. he he he he he
I’m confused.
If the US/CIA was behind the 9/11 attacks, why wouldn’t the CIA say the new tapes were 100% authentic?
For that matter, why even make new (fake) tapes? Wouldn’t it make more sense to “kill off” bin Laden and create a new al Qaeda figure, mysterious and scary? Killing off bin Laden would make (in your “mind”) Americans beat their chests with jingoisitic pride and ready to take on the next enemy (seeing as how we can catch one man in a huge mountainous region)?
I think your conspiracy story needs more work.
What about bringing in the “agency so secret and powerful that the CIA, NSA, FBI, DOD, etc. don’t know about it but are controlled by it?” That’s always good for a plot twist.
I think your conspiracy story needs more work.
kev tell nice story timez – pointz 2 many factz. iz rockthrower peepz dumb brain that need worx.
It could be argued that George W, over the last 7 years, has been acting as an agent of Bin Laden’s embedded in the White House. Nobody has done more for recruitment of Al Queda than this admnistration.
You’re using the wrong measuring stick.
How many nations were giveing safe refuge to al Qaeda prior to W? How many openly or tacitly gave financial support? How many now give safe refuge? How many now panic at the thought of having financial ties to al Qaeda?
Looking at shadowy figures about hard-core actors, soft supporters, etc. can lead folks to false conclusions. While numbers swell and fall, ask how much closer al Qaeda is to their goal of a caliphate? How much closer is the US and the West closer to their goal of more moderation and modernity in the Middle East?
Pull back from your comfrotable blogs and frequented websites. Start assessing the situation strategically. The tide shifted against al Qaeda. They can no longer pull off major attacks and have been reduced to fighting wars we are comfortable fighting. Their more recent attacks are on their “home soil,” so to speak, and against targets like oil refineries. Their money is choked to a trickle.
If you honestly evaluate the situation, you realize it was never a fight al Qaeda could win and, further, they’ve lost incredible assets (safe refuge, steady flow of cash, credibility in the eyes of many Muslims since attacks on Iraqi citizens).
The US’ image will always go through peaks and valleys. It comes with the territory of being the main barrier between thugs and their global goals. If you recall, we were called the same things as we stood before communists and fascists.
Ron Paul would give the Arabs less incentive to hate us. I’m sure Bin Laden would find this annoying.
Appeasement sure worked for the Spanish.
Oops, maybe not.
Did I enter the wrong URL and end up at DU? What the…
Osama would probably endorse Ron Paul, since everybody knows Paul won’t interfere in any other country’s affairs or entangle us with agreements for airspace and stuff. He’ll authorize pirates to seize bin laden’s naval vessels though! Arrgghhh!
Spain police: suspects didn’t have bombs
MADRID, Spain – Police acting on a tipoff that a radical Islamic group was plotting suicide attacks in Barcelona moved against the cell last week even though it had not amassed enough explosives to make bombs, Spain’s police chief said Thursday.
“They had the will but not the means,” National Police chief Joan Mesquida said a day after a judge in Madrid sent 10 suspects to jail pending further investigation.
Judge Ismael Moreno said the cell had been planning suicide attacks last weekend on the public transport network in Barcelona, Spain’s second-largest city.
The 10 suspects are nine Pakistanis and one Indian. They were among 14 men arrested Saturday; police freed two and the judge two more.
“In the case of Barcelona, the existence of a suicide profile is what made us take steps immediately in the operation,” Mesquida told Spanish Television. “We can’t take the risk of carrying out the investigation with suicide bombers and in any given moment there is an attack.”
The judge said that of the 10 people he is ordering kept in custody, three were planning to stage suicide attacks. Two others were described as ideologues and operational chiefs of the group. The others were jailed on suspicion of belonging to a terrorist organization.
In a 72-page ruling, the judge said the cell was operational in terms of manpower and “very close to achieving full technical capacity in terms of explosive devices.”
The cell allegedly had detonators and a small amount of explosives — not enough to carry out a major attack, but perhaps enough for “the teaching of how to handle homemade explosive devices that would limit risk to the safety of the handlers.”
“The members of the terrorist cell that was broken up planned to carry out several suicide terrorist attacks last weekend against public transport in the city of Barcelona,” Moreno wrote.
The judge’s order stops short of a formal indictment. It allows authorities to keep the suspects in jail while authorities gather more evidence for possible formal charges.
He said his decision was based in part on testimony from a protected witness.
The judge identified the three alleged suicide bombers as Mohamed Shoaib, Mehmooh Khalib and Imran Cheema. He said they had arrived in Barcelona from Pakistan some time between October and mid-January. The judge said it was common for suicide attackers to arrive at their targeted site shortly before a planned attack.
Moreno did not specify what part of Barcelona’s public transport network was being targeted, but police said Thursday the targets apparently would have included the subway.
Islamic militants targeted the Madrid commuter rail network in March 11, 2004, setting off bombs that killed 191 people and injured more than 1,800. Late last year 21 of 28 suspects who went on trial were convicted of terrorism and other charges in connection with the bombings.
Moreno identified the ideologues in the new alleged plot as Maroof Ahmed Mirza, 38, and Mohammad Ayud Elahi Bibi, 63. He said the former was the main religious leader and organizer of the cell.
The five other men sent to jail were named as Mohamed Tarik, Qadeer Malik, Hafeez Ahmed, Roshan Jamal Khan and Shaib Iqbal.
Nine are Pakistanis; Khan is Indian.
RockThrowingPeasant I stated FOUR FACTS (go check them man) – now just tell me, if Bin Laden is not conclusively the suspect for 9/11 (this is official man!), is the FBI investigating further in order to detect the terrrr’rsts behind 9/11?
Don’t call me a conspiracy theorist, wht I listed are 4 FACTS which you can check.
Again :
1. Benazir bhutto said he was murdered and she mentioned the murderer’s name.
2. Bin Laden only made one statement whereby he denied involement.
3. FBI do not confirm authenticity of the Bin laden audio/video tapes that came later.
4. Bin Laden’s alleged crimes as listed by the FBI do not include the 9/11 attacks
Just 4 facts – and not one of you tries to answer sanely! I don’t know the answers, but you are not trying to answer, islamophobic as you are.
He’ll authorize pirates to seize bin laden’s naval vessels though! Arrgghhh!

RockThrowingPeasant I stated FOUR FACTS (go check them man) – now just tell me, if Bin Laden is not conclusively the suspect for 9/11 (this is official man!), is the FBI investigating further in order to detect the terrrr’rsts behind 9/11?
For one, the main planner behind that attacks was widely acknowledged as Khalid Sheik Muhammad. He was captured in 2003.
Don’t call me a conspiracy theorist, wht I listed are 4 FACTS which you can check.
You didn’t list facts.
Again :
1. Benazir bhutto said he was murdered and she mentioned the murderer’s name.
Many folks have kicked dirt on bin Laden’s grave. Without proof (you know, facts, this is just speculation.
One of the elements critical to any murder investigation, when investigators look for facts, is the body.
No body, man.
We have one woman’s statement. What makes her an expert? Because she had a name? What distinguishes that from Joe Snuffy re-stating what he read on a blog somewhere?
Her statement is not a fact, unless it is proven. It has not been proven.
bin Laden was reported dead three times, from 2005-2007. One rpeort said organ failure. One said typhoid fever. One said some guy killed him.
All must be facts to you, I ‘spose.
2. Bin Laden only made one statement whereby he denied involement.
He’s taken responsibility for it a number of times.
October 2004
From the CIA stooge, The Telegraph:
“In a previously undisclosed video which has been circulating for 14 days among his supporters, he confesses that “history should be a witness that we are terrorists. Yes, we kill their innocents”.
In the footage, shot in the Afghan mountains at the end of October, a smiling bin Laden goes on to say that the World Trade Centre’s twin towers were a “legitimate target” and the pilots who hijacked the planes were “blessed by Allah”.
The killing of at least 4,537 people was justified, he claims, because they were “not civilians” but were working for the American system.”
Among other things said, he said:
“I will explain to you the reasons behind these events, and I will tell you the truth about the moments when this decision was taken, so that you can reflect on it. God knows that the plan of striking the towers had not occurred to us, but the idea came to me when things went just too far with the American-Israeli alliance’s oppression and atrocities against our people in Palestine and Lebanon.”
In 2006, bin Laden said this:
“I am the one in charge of the 19 brothers … I was responsible for entrusting the 19 brothers … with the raids,”
He was also on tape discovered/released by al Qaeda in 2006, with a couple of the highjacers.
You know, facts.
3. FBI do not confirm authenticity of the Bin laden audio/video tapes that came later.
They do/did. You should be careful not to confuse public statements with in-house conclusions. The FBI, like any other agency, is wary of proclaiming from the mountaintops that something is authentic only to have a thirteen year old in Waziristan go online and say they faked it.
4. Bin Laden’s alleged crimes as listed by the FBI do not include the 9/11 attacks
Again, you’re confusing statements with facts. bin Laden claims responsibility. Well, to the FBI, it’s more important if they can conclusively prove it.
How difficult is it for the FBI to get the Godfather of an organized crime family convicted of murders done on their behest? It’s very difficult, which is why we passed RICO laws. The very nature of pre-9/11 al Qaeda was seprate but connected cells of operators. Building a legal case to withstand the US burden of proof is a far different affair than knowing who was behind a crime.
Just 4 facts – and not one of you tries to answer sanely! I don’t know the answers, but you are not trying to answer, islamophobic as you are.
I’m Islamophobic?
Based on what, exactly?
Please proove this with my posts. Please find anywhere here or elsewhere that I mention Islam, especially in a derogatory way.
I correctly called you a conspiracy theorist because you believe in incredibly intricate and needlessly complicated plots.
If the CIA wanted to fake 9/11 or the Israelis (which, given your immediate “Islamophobic” reaction and your earlier Israel comment, is probably where your mind rests), why not autheticate the tapes in which bin Laden takes responsibility? A confession on tape! Just that easy.
But that’s just what they WANT YOU TO THINK!
Why not kill of bin Laden (or acknowledge he’s dead) and make a new figure that could never be captured and could be used as a boogey man?
Because showing bin Laden is dead would foil their attempts to show that the radical Muslims killing civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan are radical Muslims killing civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan! IT’S ALL SO SIMPLE!
C’mon. Put down the pipe.
Al Qaeda is a dealy organization. Their dream is to have a calipahte on earth and to spread their twisted version of Islam. Democracies stand in their way. That’s why we’re the target. That’s why folks say, “They hate us for our freedom.”
Dreaming that it’s because we had troops in Saudi Arabia seems to miss the point that the West was a target prior to that time. It misses the point that the two cultures (Islamo-facism and liberalism) and in direct opposition.
Why not kill of bin Laden (or acknowledge he’s dead) and make a new figure that could never be captured and could be used as a boogey man?
woah. so dumb question this b. u r so dumb rox throwerz. a new boogy man was made by boosh/cheney u fool poopy pantz peep. his name was SADDAM
woah. so dumb question this b. u r so dumb rox throwerz. a new boogy man was made by boosh/cheney u fool poopy pantz peep. his name was SADDAM
Perhaps you missed the phrase “could never ba captured” or confused it with “could be easily captured and put on parade until he was hung and messed himself in his final minutes.”
C’mon, Kev.
Let it out.
It’s about the Jews, isn’t it?
That’s why I’m “Islamophobic.”
That’s why Israel is involved in your 9/11 theories.
Let it out.
Cleanse your soul.
You’re among friends here. We don’t judge.
Gee, is it really that simple? Bin Laden has a multi-million bounty on his head. Shouldn’t “Mercenaries Without Borders” be all over him by now?
I iz Wrrrr. I iz sooo deep. Fred lawst! he hee heee. I nevah lerned how too spelll. he he he he!
Bushhitler is the real terrorist!
RockThrowingPeasant you are amazingly wierd.
You don’t make sense. For example I say it’s a fact that Benazir Bhutto said what she says, and you turn the fact as being that Osama is dead.
It goes on and on… you don’t even allow any differentiation between the FBI official line and that of the CIA, which do not converge.
Your last comment says it all.
Dream on my friend, you live on another planet. I’m catholic, but I know how muslims live and think – and they’re not what you think. Only 0.01 % of muslims are extremists as portrayed by your fearmongering government. I can find more crazy people among us “christians”.
I’ll stop here…
This was just a knock from Europe.
– keep up your fantasy!
…and yes, OK, I started with Osama is dead… the fact remains that Benazir said so… and of course it does not mean Osama is dead.
But are you not interested why Benazir said it so offhandishly?
Are you not interested why Frost did not pursue it?
No conspiracy theory here – watch the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnychOXj9Tg
Then you’re not looking too hard, “Kev”. You need one of those tin-foil hats that don’t block your vision. But then, you’re one of those pathetic Euro-weenies who will soon be on their knees begging Achmed to kill you last. No great loss, really.
You don’t make sense. For example I say it’s a fact that Benazir Bhutto said what she says, and you turn the fact as being that Osama is dead.
Is this really where you want to stick your tent poles?
Fine. It’s a fact she uttered those words. The words, however, are not facts. She could’ve said “The moon is made of cheese.” Doesn’t make it a fact, though good for you, it will be a fact that she converted oxygen to carbon dioxide, forced air through her throat and created the noises.
What a weird way to get steamed. I guess, though this means you understand my point that his death is often reported as “fact” and you will stop buying every line uttered by anyone with a microphone in front of them.
It goes on and on… you don’t even allow any differentiation between the FBI official line and that of the CIA, which do not converge.
I don’t think you understand their respective roles. I think you confuse the two as one in the same or with strikingly similar missions. They have very different missions and different areas of concern/expertise.
It would be worth your time to research the differences and re-examine why one organization will only say some things and one will say other things and why they don’t feel the need to coordinate their message.
Your last comment says it all.
It does. It comes from years of experience, not a couple months of reading blogs.
Dream on my friend, you live on another planet. I’m catholic, but I know how muslims live and think – and they’re not what you think.
Again, how do you know what I think? I’ve asked you to back up your “Islamophobic” slur and you haven’t. We know why, of course. I never slammed Islam. In fact, JoeB and I were in a conversation a little while ago about this topic (religion). My contention is that G-d is a magnitude and our “major differences” between religions probably gives him a chuckle. What we consider pressing or important may leave Him scratching his head in amazement that we’re missing the big picture.
So, I’m curious how I’m “Islamophobic.” I don’t think I’ll get the apology I deserve, but it doesn’t matter.
Only 0.01 % of muslims are extremists as portrayed by your fearmongering government. I can find more crazy people among us “christians”.
Our government has taken great pains to measure public statements so that folks understand it is a small fraction and not a majority. I’d ask you to prove your statement, but I’ve been down that road today and it lead nowhere.
“Crazy” is a relative term. “Violent” isn’t. As an intellectual point, would you say you can find more overtly violent Christians, as opposed to Muslims? Where? Are there Christian factions in open religious-based warfare vs. Jews? Hindus? Animists? Muslims? Are there Muslim factions in open religious-based warfare vs. Jews? Hindus? Animists? Christians?
I’ll stop here…
Probably wise on your part. Today isn’t your day. Tomorrow doesn’t look so hot, either.
Based on Kev’s WAG of 0.01%, there would be about 100,000 terrorists to kill, but that’s not the scary part. At 72 virgins per terrorist, you would need 7.2 million copies of Helen Thomas waiting for them in hell. Now that’s scary!
But are you not interested why Benazir said it so offhandishly?
Aren’t you interested that bin Laden’s death has been reported before, from equally credible sources, and contradicts other reports?
C’mon, man. There’s a whole rational world out there. Take a walk, get some fresh air, and realize that the world is far more like it appears than you think.
At 72 virgins per terrorist, you would need 7.2 million copies of Helen Thomas waiting for them in hell. Now that’s scary!

And by the way, what are you doing to summon the sanctimonious european trolls? Please tell me so I can avoid inadvertantly using the same incantation on my obnoxious english relatives!

I like how you neglect to mention that the poll was obviously overrun by Ron Paul trolls such as yourself.
Mmm… paint chips… grrrgle grrrgle…
Sorry; what were we talking about again? And who the hell is this “Ron Paul”? Is he like Paul Harvey & other guys who only have two first names?
I didn’t realise that Americans such as the author of this post were so stupid that they wouldn’t support a candidate who follows the Constitution, even when this candidate points out that America has been waging wars since World War II without declaring them.
Guess some people are more interested in making snarky remarks instead of casting an educated vote.
There’s a study by the Cato Institute looking at the constitutional record of George W. Bush and past presidents, check it out: http://www.cato.org
question: if Osama’s dead, wouldn’t it make Bush more popular to say so? You say it helps to say Osama’s alive because he presents a fear that people believe Bush will save them from. However, as given by the 2006 elections, more people are angry at Bush for not killing Osama than at Osama for not being dead.
It would make far more political sense to kill Osama than to keep him alive.
Now Kev, Bill…all you “differently abled” trolls do realize that Bush isn’t running for re-election, right? As a matter of fact, he can’t! There’s a two consecutive term-limit.
I just thought that would help you out a bit since you guys seem to be struggling with the issue. OK, sorry to slow you down; you may now continue your efforts at being conspicuously mistaken.
Do the Ron Paul fans do nothing but constantly put the term “Ron Paul” into technorati.com?
Hat tip to RockThrowingPeasant for calmly and logically trying to reason with the trolls. You’re a more patient man than I. I would have gotten fed up with the idiots about the second time they posted and just mercilessly ridiculed them from then on.
Which reminds me: Hey, Wrrr, I hope you realize how incredibly pointless your existence is. I haven’t read anything you’ve posted since the first day you showed up here. It’s really simple; any time I see a post written in gibberish instead of English, I check to see who posted it, and then skip it if it was from you. You even suck at being a troll; you can’t piss people off by writing stupid stuff if they don’t read it. Bottom line: you fail at life. Why don’t you go drink some bleach and do the human race a favor.

That just what we . . . I mean “they” want you to think.
Ernie,
I’ve been doing this (dealing with Libs, commies, and kooks) for years and years. For a while, I’d just broadside them, but it does little good . . . other than compel you to search for wittier and wittier references.
What I realized is that many folks like and sometimes need to hear someone rationally giving these folks the internet version of a swirly. Case in point. My brother is not a guy that typically enters into political conversations, but did read my posts in another forum. I’ve since left that forum and I see my brother structuring arguments the same way I did and undercutting illogic with matter-of-fact statements. He still doesn’t keep up to date as much as he should, but he asks discerning questions and doesn’t get buffaloed by pleasing sounds.
I realize my thing isn’t really a natural fit for this site. This site is great for it’s irreverence, it’s biting reduction, and – heck – its humor. I love the humor on this site. It’s my kind of humor (though these guys are much sharper with cultural meta-linking), even if I don’t seem to be that type by the way I write.
I think RockThrowingPeasant brings a certain calm assuredness to the arguments…mostly because the rest of us don’t have the patience to argue with the trolls. Yeah buddy, you may be accused of feeding them, but they generally choke on it. Good job.

Kev, try to imagine me or anyone else going on another website and saying I know how Catholics think, I know how blacks think, I know how Jews think, etc. and you’ll understand why I and the above posters here don’t really lend much credence to your argument.
Even assuming you had some sort of expertise in this area (and that is an assumption, you have yet to back it up here) to say a billion Muslims think a specific manner that supports your argument is a bit of a ridiculous statement and, if I wanted to be less charitable, really isn’t all that different from the attitude a lot of Europeans had towards Muslims 100 years ago.
A good amount of Muslims are perfectly well-meaning people. There’s another segment that has gotten into the habit of beating up women who have too much of their ankle showing, trying to plan attacks on the subways of Paris (before 9/11 ever occurred), trying to fly a plane into the Eiffel Tower (again, before 9/11 ever occurred), trying to plan attacks in Germany, and saying to pollsters that they’d support using Sharia instead of current law. To say those people aren’t fascist is to be willfully blind.
When Christians put a million dollar bounty on your head, hold mass riots, and kill a couple people because you drew some cartoons making fun of their religion and joked about Jesus, please come back here. Then, I’ll be more receptive to your arguments that Christians are more radical today. At the moment, posting a comment like that just seems like mindless cliche that’s parroted to death among Europeans who are so defensive about their post-Christian state (and, yeah, come on…that’s where Europe’s going) that they can’t really admit that somebody who hates them for their religious past could be the bad guys.
Bin Laden was video taped at a meeting shortly after the attack when he openly discussed his planing of the atack and for it exceeded his estimates for damage and body counts.

The claim that Bin Laden was ever a CIA contact is bullshit. There was never any direct, or even indirect, contact between Bin Laden’s groups and the US operations in supporting the Afghan forces against the Soviets. These stories are the creation of the addle minded Left and the Paulistinians. In other words, no one with an IQ above single digits has ever found any credible evidense.

Especially since the Taliban was formed in 193-4, quite a long time after the CIA and ISI money had dried up.
a) Osama is dead
b) Clearly he would have high hopes for an Obama/Paul ticket as Tedward Kennedy pointed out, Osama and Obama rhyme and neither would do anything internationally except have dinner with Syrians
Fun facts about Mitt Romney:
Mitt Romney has been known to eat a tough steak now and again without whining.
Mitt Romney can stare down John Bolton for 1.7 seconds longer than the average human being. That’s 1.8 seconds.
Mitt Romney is happy to use the mid-range off-the-shelf hairspray, as opposed to John Edwards who needs a special hypoallergenic formula for sensitive hair.
If elected, Mitt Romney will hurt the terrorists, protect the important parts of the borders, and raise a threatening fist at the hippies.
Mitt Romney cannot, in the strict sense of the word, fly.
Mitt Romney’s magic Mormon underwear gives him a +2 bonus against enemies bearing the McMark of McCain.
Mitt Romney, when asked about his breakfast habits, admits that just a sprinkling of hot gravel in his Cream of Wheat is quite enough. Too much makes it “unpleasantly gritty”.
Mitt Romney’s tears don’t cure anything, but studies have shown they reduce the length of the common cold with about the same efficacy as Cold-Eze lozenges.
I told you guys a long time ago The New York Times DESPISES Giuliani (too arrogant, i.e. wouldn’t kiss Al Sharpton’s ass), which in and of itself is reason enough to vote for him.
If McCain wins the nomination, I can stay home, comfortable in the knowledge there’s no way in Hell he’d win New York anyway…
bunker, me thinks you don’t like that (mc)Cain and Able guy. Me neither. Of the remaining candidates, Romney and Guiliani both have the energy, smarts and toughness to do the job, irrespective of their political record and current views. The next four years are going to be hell for any President. So we need a tough son-of-a-bitch (and not a bitch!) in office.
Ron Paul is a Libertarian who finally figured out that he could never win elected office with an “L” behind his name. As such, he is only ever half right on the issues at hand.

That’s President Bushhitler to you.
Ignore Wrrrr the troll, his/her preposterous ebonics makes me think that he/she isn’t black anyway.

I concur.

Your affiliation with cathlocism does not make you a Christian (despite an unscriptural papal decree to the contrary). Please don’t be deceived.
You accuse Rock Throwing Peasant of Islamophobia as if disgust about the practices and goals of radical Islam is the SAME thing as fear–it’s not. The threat is real and it cannot be appeased away.
By the way, Jewish people are “the apple of God’s eye” and we need to be a blessing to them.
Georgie,
John Bolton would kick Romney’s ass.
Rightjabs,
I think Wrrrr fancies him/herself to be Reiner Wolfcastle of Simpsons fame. We should take a vote to see who best fits the “Hi, I’m troy McClure!” part. We all know Kev is Comic Book Guy.
Hey-anony-nonny-mous:
Of course John Bolton would kick Romney’s ass.
I merely pointed out that it would take nearly 2 whole seconds longer than the norm to do it.
That wasn’t meant to be an anony-nonny-mous post Georgie. I thought I was logged in for 63 and 64.
utrejch4 is an phony & a fool from the inferior Czech republic. But thanks for playing, cocksucker.
