I propose a new law – 1 resusable biodegradable recycled paper straw per 24 pack of juice boxes. recycled from what, you may ask? don’t ask.
and if your child loses the straw and doesn’t bring it home? 1 week in the reeducation camp and a $10 fee for the lost straw.
