Reality Denial Based Community

The liberal Atlanta Progressive News fired a reporter for insisting there was an objective reality. Yes, really.

This, right here, is why we punch hippies. What else can you do with people like this? And great thing is, after we punch the hippie and he’s like, “What just happened, man?” We can say, “It’s hard to ever say for sure.”

I like asking the “No objective reality” folks if I can have trhe contents of their wallets. I mean, it’s all illusion and all that. I tell themthey can always conjure up more pretend money. They always say no. They say the same thing when asked if I can drop an anvil on one of their stinky nasty hippie feet.

In reply to the Creative Loafing article, the APN Editor posted a comment:

“Also, I didn’t mean to imply–even indirectly or in the slightest way–that Creative Loafing was objective. Quite the opposite- Creative Loafing’s slant is so inline with the bourgeois, corporate ideology of most of the corporate media in Atlanta, that you all kind of reinforce and reify each other to the point where one can easily become deluded that this corporate ideology you propagate is somehow an objective truth.”

Creative Loafing is a far-left liberal rag in the Atlanta area. Calling it inline with the “bourgeois, corporate ideology” is about as insane as it gets. Creative Loafing is not even suitable for birdcage liner; I wouldn’t want any pet bird I owned exposed to it. I’d never even heard of Atlanta Progressive News until now, for which I am profoundly grateful.

Did I hear someone say punch hippies???? Is it ok to kick them this week? I hurt my wrist shoveling all the global warming from my drive-way. The doctor said I can’t punch hippies for two weeks.

The guy should just keep showing up to work and insist that he wasn’t really fired – not in his reality.

Its a good thing that Keith Olbermann refuses to subscribe to fact based reporting… he would really be hurting his chances with other jobs in the future.

hurt your wrist from shoveling all that global warming… nice man… nice.

Sounds like that other rag, the “Atlanta Urinal and Constipation.”

  10. Son of Bob says:

Being a liberal means never letting facts stand in the way of your beliefs.

  11. Stephen says:

Good news, Frank: the end of the letter says “We are always seeking additional writers and contributors, and the new website coming soon will make it easier for people to submit content.” Since there’s no objective reality, they should have no basis to reject your submissions.
