Why not just walk down the street and knock on Fidel’s door?

Okay, so the MSM says the Irish are lonely because the Irish are tops in searches for “lonely” on Google.

Ireland may be enjoying stellar economic growth and seen as one of the best places in the world to live, but its inhabitants are apparently also the globe’s loneliest.
Google Trends, which works out how many searches have been done via the Internet search engine on particular terms, showed the word “lonely” was entered most frequently by Internet users in Ireland: http://www.google.com/trends?q=lonely.
The Irish, enjoying new-found wealth and a flood of immigration following more than a century of economic decline, are followed in the misery stakes by residents of Singapore and New Zealand — although Singaporeans are the most frequent searchers of “happiness.”

So what does this Google Trend say of the people of Havana, Cuba?

So let’s have a little fun with the thing and search for Weapons Of Mass Destruction by region:

  1. South Africa

By Reuters’ logic, does this mean that we should be invading Johannesburg and Cape Town because they seem to be looking to obtain results in their searches for Weapons Of Mass Destruction? (I knew they never really gave up their nuclear program! Damn that warmonger Mandela, ordering his wipe to develop atomic-powered flaming tires to murder his political enemies!)

  1. Wow! Ezekiel, that tears it! I’m moving to San Francisco! What could possibly be better than livng on top of a major fault line AND having a bunch of crazies for neighbors!

  2. Isn’t Google trends just the sort of abuse of civil liberties the liberals have feared for the last half century. Now you can find out exactly what sort of stupid things people are thinking about. The thin venire of civility is pealed away to show a population of infantile morons obsessed with their bodily functions.
Just imagine how many people in the government intelligence establishment are abusing this tool during lunch our. Sure it’s presented as humorous tool for entertainment. That’s how they get you though. In no time they will be prying into our very thoughts. Just remember that’s also how the hideous IMAO propaganda tool got started by the CIA. Humorous entertainment indeed!
