Where are the Snowdens of Yesteryear?

Anyway I’ve been thinking about Snowdon and all of the craziness and what I’ve come up with is this. Should he have gone to the Guardian, probably not if you consider the terms of his employment. Should he have gone to Congress, absolutely not. Just look at the RINO leadership if you don’t understand why I say that. He’d have been roasted alive or worse never seen again and things would continue just like they have been because Boehner and his ilk one BOTH sides of the aisle, DO NOT want to hear about the misdeeds of government agencies filled to the brim with “hard” working members of both political parties.
They just want this whole mess to disappear because no matter how you slice it people want to stay in power for as long as they can do so. Absolute power corrupts, absolute power corrupts ABSOLUTELY. Republican. Democrat, Independent, Communist, Socialist, they all love power, and none of them are willing to release it.
So in the end I’m hopeful that Snowdon will be seen as an average American who simply could not stand to see his government turn on it’s people. But then I’m a cynic so I doubt that’ll happen.
(I am somewhat of a crack pot today but tomorrow I won’t be a crack pot)
