Seriously though, do progressives always think up lame things to do, to distract the public from the really wrong stuff on purpose or is it just a natural response to their shallow, inane, ideals? I would figure Chicago has worse problems than littering. I’m thinking becoming “West Detroit” would be a bigger concern.
Why not just fine people for doing anything that isn’t proceeded by “Rahm sez”.
