There’s a good chance that she’s going to end up deciding that her best bet would be to eat the fine and not get covered at all. Frustrating? Sure. Be sure to take that frustration out on all those downticket races in the midterms next year, Cindy. In advance of season 4, there are some new The Walking Dead webisodes. Oh, and what’s that? My little sister was the costume designer for them. What a coincidence.

I’m guessing the costume designing for this involved a lot of ripping.

CapitalistB [High Praise!] pointed out this rather amusing Twitter account that fairly well sums up the folly of looking for wisdom in comment threads. A few sample quotes:

Back in the day, we called comments “letters to the editor.” Someone read them, picked the best ones, & published them. Many were STILL bad.

Yes, sometimes comment sections contain insight and reasoned discussion. But do you really want to take that chance?

Be the change you want to see in the world. Don’t read internet comments.

The comments section has never added anything to your life.

Instead of reading the uninspired drivel of a comments section, you could articulate your own opinion by writing an article of your own!

While this caution generally applies, I consider IMAO the exception that proves the rule.

Commenters here don’t usually pipe up unless they have something constructive or entertaining to add.

Or… you can take this opportunity to leave the dumbest comment you can think of and prove me wrong.
