well…PROVIDERS, not recipients. They only care that the skilled, employed person providing the service is inconvenienced and tied up in red tape – not the person receiving the service for free.
They always have to option of not taking the money the government provides them; and starving or going into another line of work. Eventually doctors will make less money than good welders, just like in the USSR or Cuba.
