Sounds more like malingering health issues, but his are lingering for a different reason then those poor vets on the phantom waiting lists.
VA Chief Quits, Cites Lingering Health Issues and seeing as how he has gone for a “same day” appointment, he is anticipating waiting six months for that day to arrive.
