What? No notary?

Verbal consent is what we/they already have. Works real good doesn’t it. Putting it in a bill is really bright. Written consent? How many Calif. college students can actually write. Not txt, write.
Won’t be in cursive, you can bet on that.
I foresee an immensely popular smart phone app available from Family Planning.
maybe just sign each others underwear? new from Victoria’s Secret, Post-It Panties.
Does a note from Epstein’s mother count?
A written contract for bondage would be legally binding.
Notice they used “verbal consent” instead of “oral contract”? Too easy.
So we’ve come full circle, and strange bedfellows have made politics.
“My dear, people could refer to you as a tort.”
@8 – “verbal consent” isn’t even correct. “Verbal” means “in words”; “oral” means “by speech but not in writing”.
In other words: California is considering a bill that would forbid sex between heterosexual white people on college campuses without verbal or written consent. The usual protected groups are exempt, it’s part of their culture.
If the consent was on their hard drive and it crashes, it still counts, right?
…and once you introduce paperwork you know a tax can’t be far behind. And then a national registry.

The national registry would be a useful tool for those inclined to research family trees. However, it might put Jerry Springer out of business.
Is this why Sandra Fluke supports the Contract With America?
So they’re saying undocumented sex is illegal??
No sex is illegal!!
What’s going to be in the agreement? Is it going to require both parties reach some sort of state of satisfaction? How long will the agreement need to cover? Can students post copies of formerly completed contracts on the door of their dorm room, or on their Facebook wall, as proof that they’re getting some?
“What? No notary?”
Not everyone is into the idea of a threesome.
