A pithy and informative cataloging of America’s offshore holdings, citizenrywise. I’m sure you know about some of these, but I’ll bet not all.

In Minnesota, police arrested a burglar after he stopped to check Facebook on his victim’s computer and forgot to log out.
Gives me an idea. Picture this: a wall of laptops on the southern border.

There’s lot of chatter & set-up on this, but you can skip to about 2:20 for the meat of the video. My German is non-existent, so I don’t know how well this actually works. I do know that the translator doesn’t bungle any English grammar until right at the end. Having met my share of people with English as their second language, I find the computer’s performance at least that good.
Oh, and the German girl’s fixed smile gets a little creepy after a while, don’t you think? I started having to look away to preserve my sanity.

A new report shows that the EPA regulations issued under Obama are 38 times longer than the Bible.
And would’ve fined Noah’s Ark for trespassing on a protected wetland.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone ever get the fundamental meaning of America so spectacularly wrong:
“It’s that timeless belief that from many we are one; that we are bound together by adherence to a set of beliefs and unalienable rights; that we have certain obligations to each other, to look after each other, and to serve one another”
*facepalm*
Barack… first, that’s from many states we are one country. The nouns matter in that sentence.
Second… the rest is exactly backwards. We’re not bound together at all. We are free. Rights aren’t chains, they’re liberty.
And the whole point of living in a free nation is that you have no obligation to anyone unless you choose it. And you sure as heck don’t owe anyone any looking after or any service of any sort.
America is about being able to choose what we give, and to whom, and under what circumstances. And most importantly, it’s about being free from having to buy your life from every mooch, beggar, and bureaucrat who tries to nickel & dime you to death.
An American’s life is his own to live as he sees fit.
If you want him to do something he’s not doing, say “please” first, and “thank you” afterwards, or simply “good day, sir” if he tells you to take your request and shove off.
America is about the right to be left alone, unless you’d like the company.
And I don’t want your company.
Now shove off, Barack.
