Jeff Wysaski’s Obvious Plant series adds helpful hints and reviews to stores, always carefully designed and printed to look like they’re real. Most recently, Wysaski switched the toilet troubleshooting guide at a Home Depot hardware store with one that’s a bit less practical.
So my wife just refused to read the whole post on the basis that it is “Guy humor”.
Water incorrectly swirls clockwise when flushed. Toilet forgot where it was, call Coriolis Plumbing and ask for Gustave.
Toilet flushes itself periodically during parties. Relax, you’re entertaining politicians and it’s just offering to help.
Toilet lid falls down on its own. Give it a break, if you saw what it sees, you’d close down, too.
Toilet never seems to flush clean. Check to see if a friend left an upper-decker.
Calcium deposits in toilet. Duh. You’re obviously not sticking your hand in it to scrub it often enough.
Bubbles coming up in the bowl. Change your diet, lay off the eggs.
Oh my.
